Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Her birthplace was in Passaic (New Jersey) on 19th June 1978. Her parents, Aridio and Asalia are both Puerto Ricans. Her mother is from Puerto Rico and her father is Dominican. Her family moved to Dominican Republic at the age of 10, where they'd spend the next seven year. Zoe found a great passion for dancing while in the United States. She started training with the ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy to study ballet along with a myriad of other styles of dance. In addition to giving a place to express creativity for the young and enthusiastic student, her dance training would prove as a crucial factor for her acting profession. Zoe along with her family and parents relocated into America when she turned 17. She developed a love of dance and grew more fascinated by theater. Zoe is acknowledged by professionals in the industry including Steven Spielberg or Jerry Bruckheimer as well as actors and actresses Tom Hanks (Keira Knightley), Ashton Kutcher Kirsten Dust and Orlando Bloom, not only did well in large motion picture films, but she was also able to earn respect from those who work within the film industry. Her performance was honored as an BIFA nomination in 2022, for "Best Featured Performance". Deutch is next reuniting with Katie Silberman to create their second romantic drama, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch worked with Silberman for Netflix's Set It Up 2018 hit.
